When booking my appointment, she notified me I can fill out the paperwork and email my completed paperwork so it was speedy and efficient during my time of arrival. The process of checking in and checking out was seamless. They maintained social distancing so I never cross paths with any clients so I felt extremely safe. I was greeted by my Esthetician Jay and we discussed my skin concerns in the treatment room. She was very knowledgeable and I never felt like she was trying to sell me anything. I’ve had many facials in my lifetime – relaxing spa like facials and Hydrafacials and this was out of this world amazing! It was a hybrid of a relaxing and clinical facial in one! The gua sha facial massage, the Hydrafacial – infusing hydrating serums and gently pulling the congestion out then ending it with the medical red LED light treatment.
