HOW DOES IT WORK?
Using SkinTel™ technology, which measures the melanin in your skin, the Icon™ laser accurately, targets your skincare concerns, delivering intense pulses of fractional light “microbeams” deep below its surface. This light energy turns on your body’s natural healing process, stimulating fresh, healthy cell production and accelerating collagen and elastin. Damaged, scarred surface cells are sloughed away and youthful skin is revealed.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE TREATMENT?
After cleansing your skin, a topical numbing cream is applied. Your treatment will utilize a special handheld device which emits laser light to directly target your facial scars. Most treatments take approximately 30-45 minutes, and the majority of clients report minimal discomfort.
WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?
Visible results are generally noticeable following your first treatment with the Icon Laser. Skin tone, texture and appearance are improved and facial scars are minimized. The outer layers of your skin begin to exfoliate and smoother, younger-looking skin is revealed.
IS IT SAFE?
The Icon™ Aesthetic System is completely safe, 100% non-invasive and requires no downtime. However, due to its resurfacing your skin will be pink following treatment, and some clients experience mild to moderate swelling.
